Quest Code Tester for Oracle’s Test Editor provides you with access to all of the characteristics of a test definition – from test customization points, to inputs and outcomes.

Many of the operations within the Test Editor are also found in the Test Builder. From the Test Editor, you can also:

• Specify customization logic at every level of the test definition, which is sometimes needed for complex setup or tear-down and sharing of common testing logic across multiple test cases
• Define new test elements – a critical feature for code evolution – after you have built a test definition you will need to change it to match the new program header
• View the test code that was generated from your test definition – no "black box" – allows you to personally verify that the tool has tested your program as desired
